NC Contractor Academy — Refund Policy

Continuing Education Bundles & Individual Classes

  • 14+ days before class: Full refund or free transfer to another date.
  • 7–14 days before class: 75% refund or free transfer to another date.
  • Less than 7 days before class: No refund, but you may transfer to another date OR convert to eLearning version at no charge.
  • After the class has started: No refund. eLearning recording remains accessible per the Always-Online-Access guarantee.

NASCLA / Exam Prep Programs

  • 1-Day Class: Same policy as Continuing Education above.
  • 4-Week Boot Camp: Full refund within 7 days of cohort start. After that, no refund.
  • Combo (1-Day + Boot Camp): Refund eligibility based on whichever component has started first.

If NCCA Cancels

If we cancel a class for any reason (low enrollment, instructor unavailable, weather, etc.), you receive a full refund OR free transfer to another date — your choice.

How to Request a Refund

Email register@nccontractoracademy.com with your order number and reason. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Retakes (Exam Prep)

If you don't pass the exam on your first attempt, you can re-attend our prep class at a discounted retake rate. Call (910) 227-9002 for details.
