4 Credit Hours
Understand construction law as it relates to owners, contractors, and design professionals.

CLASS TIMES: Construction Law 101 (4-hours) 10AM – 2PM
A general contractors license (residential or building construction) is required in North Carolina (NC) for projects that exceed $30,000.
State Contractor Licensing Agencies currently Accepting the NASCLA Exam include: Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, Georgia, Louisiana, Mississippi, Nevada, North Carolina, Oregon, South Carolina, Tennessee, Utah, Virginia, West Virginia and US Virgin Islands.
